Better Communication about Rules and Policies.

I’m a nut about rules and read everything from all associations. But it’s not surprising that a number of your posted recommendations have already been implemented. In addition, there are some important policies that are not transparent, such as team rating and reclassification rules and policies.

Recommendation: Keep the regular official rule book, but publish a short-form of the rule book including only selected items specific to senior softball. Distribute to all players and managers. Publish the specific rating and reclassification rules and policies.
