I will be 55 next January 2009, when can i start playing 55's, can the Staff or anyone who would know help me ?

I can answer your question. Since everyone's birthday is January 1 for senior softball, you can start playing 55 in 2009. That being said both SSWC and SPA have "play ahead" tournaments usually called Winter Worlds, Nationals, etc. that let you play the year before; so if you played in one of those, you could actually start playing 55 as early as November 2008 because those are considered 2009 rosters. As with anything else, make sure that it is a "play ahead" tournament in advance. Good luck.
