Hey wagon,
Most of the teams from GB are all going, and alot of your friends that you have played with in the past will be there playing for several different teams. Your bracket looks pretty good, right now 7 good teams. Should have some good games. Good Luck!

If able I am going with a 70+ team from Ontario Canada. Trying to get answer whether I can play for them as I live in Ma. Not sure if they have a territorial rule in effect.

Maybe I will see you down there.

I didn't realize this is in the middle of nowhere. What is the closet airport to fly into? Is there anything closer than Richmond?

Yes I will be playing with the Ontario Elders from Canada in the 70 Div.

For me it is a 12 hr drive and to fly to Roanoke from Boston is $1,015.00 Richmond was about $350.00 but then it is a 3 hr drive to Salem.

I will be coming down on Thu it looks like. I can't leave Wed as I have a game Wed morning and it is to late to move it. I am the only pitcher they have so I have to play.

I will check out Baltimore and Harrisburg when I get back from my games today

Thanks for the info

Thanks for the offer but I have to play Wed so I will end up driving down either late Wed afternoon and stop about half way or leaving very early Thu Morning which isn't too much of a problem as I am an early riser anyway.

See you down there.

Had a good time and the food was great in the area. We didn't win anything but we had fun. Team Made the local TV and paper.

Only bad side and I really don't know what you can do about it. We had 6 teams 2 in Major + and 4 in our div and two canceled out an one other one backed out the night before leaving us we 3 teams 2 AA and 1 Major +. At least we got to play against Virginia which was about equal to us so we had some good games. The the Floridia Pompano Team had no one in there class to play and of course they demolished us and Va which could have been no fun for them. To travel all that way and have no one to play stinks.

Overall a good time and looking forward to Columbus Oh in 3 weeks.

fred- i was looking for you on friday during the bracket and they told me you werent there. did you come down late?
i play for spring-ford AA 60s and we played AAA and AA
mixed and then on sunday we played the only other AA team in our div. best of three. we beat the dayton legends in 3 games. i guess the gas and the entry fee is getting out of hand. as long as our sponser pays our entrance fees, i am ready to play. if not i will always chip in. car pool is the way. sorry i missed you fred. next big torunament is manassas. cul ken

We played at Moyer Stadium on Friday. That is a nice complex and great with the rest rooms right in the dugouts.

Meet a couple of board members at the Comfort Inn on Thu.

That wasn't the greatest ball they were using though.

Raleigh, NC and Columbus Oh is my next two with a 75+ team from Cincinnati
