I wonder why you don't get any money back when you tell the director before the deadline that your team is unable to play that you receive nothing back. Seems odd to me

I agree on that, but you may want to check the flyer to see it it is on it.(it should be) If it is your screwed,(lost the $$$) if not...you have options.

Player17, please contact the office regarding you tournament fee. If you have a question as to a refund, the only way to get answers is to call. Our deadline was September 9 and if you called before that we'd like to help in any way we can to resolve this. Thanks.

I'm sure the flyer said no refunds, but I guess I figured if I informed the tournament folks before the deadline I might get some consideration for a refund or at least a partial refund. I have contacted the tournament director three times.

i also wonder what the fees are used for. in vegas we only hit a new ball once,there was no ice in the water ,no scorekeepers,no pitcher's box,sometimes no foul lines,1 ump during some gamesand the first 2 days no concessions.we pay membership fees and 495.00 to boot so i thought ice should have been provided
