| Dec. 6, 2008 BruceinGa Men's 60 2438 posts | Dwight, When I played for Rehoboth Prebsyterian in the mid 80's we played LEALCO a couple of times. I remember one game when we play them in Chattanooga, we finished the game just at dawn. That was a strange tournament, it had open, industrial and church divisions. When and if you lost your first game you had no idea who you'd play. Did you happen to play with them at that time? |
| Dec. 8, 2008 Big D from Tennessee Men's 50 79 posts | Bruce. Yeah, I was there - we played a cuople of games at Ridge Park or something near a lake - then the rest were played at the main fields. I played Catcher, Pitcher and a little 1st Are you still working in Vegas this month? I will arrive on Sunday 12-21 and plan to hit with a gruop of guys on Tuesday AM or afternoon ?? I will touch base with Lecak again to see if that is still the plan. The weather here in Memphis has been fair - so we have been taking BP every saturday thus far! |
| Dec. 8, 2008 BruceinGa Men's 60 2438 posts | Yes, still here. I'll be flying home Christmas Eve. I hit yesterday with Lecak and the guys. It was 55 yesterday but the forecast call for mid 60's by Saturday then back to the low 50's. It's still warmer here than the Atlanta area! |
