Has anyone ever entered a team as an exhibition team in a qualifier? My teams schedule is for the most part set and I noticed two tournaments in my home town that we are not scheduled to play in. What I was hoping to do was gather players from town and enter a team. Obviously I will check with Sacramento but I was wondering if anyone has done this how was the experience. How did the other teams react to your team. More importantly is there any pitfalls with red tape that you can share. I would assume an exhibition team I won't need to get releases or release players when we are done. Thanks

I have both as a mgr and a player on a team that did, but not with ssusa.
Most likely the results were\are the same.
You go just to play, no chance of winning (an award) even if you win. Basically if you should win the second place team usually wind the awards. Played that way 4 time.
Bragging rights can be fun though.
LMK if you get up & over my way.
