| Jan. 21 einstein Men's 50 3112 posts | Fairness is essential for lasting peace whether in softball or the world. It's fundamental for any group to develop and prosper. Fairness means those who participate get to be listened to and directly represented when decisions are made about them. It means when you criticize someone you better be careful and respectful and you better stand up and in so the other guy has a chance to defend himself. Unfairness as with many of us brings both the best and the worst out in me. I find it intolerable and an obstacle to the ongoing growth and development of any community. |
