| Jan. 29 Dbax Men's 65 2101 posts | On the first day of school a first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Steelers Fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are Steelers Fans. Wanting to impress their teacher, everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl. The teacher looks at the girl with surprise, 'Janie, why didn't you raise your hand?' 'Because I'm not a Steelers Fan,' she replied. The teacher, still shocked, asked, 'Well, if you are not a Steelers Fan, then who are you a fan of?' 'I am a Cardinals fan, and proud of it,' Janie replied. The teacher could not believe her ears. 'Janie, please tell me why you are you a Cardinals fan?' 'Because my mom is a Cardinals fan, and my dad is Cardinals fan, so I'm a Cardinals fan too!' 'Well,' said the teacher in a obviously annoyed tone, 'that is no reason for you to be a Cardinals fan. You don't have to be just like your parents all of the time. What if your mom were an idiot and your dad were a moron, what would you be then?' Janie smiled, 'I'd be a Steelers Fan. |

Funniest thing I've ever seen I'm in the old municipal stadium in Cleveland watching another pasting of the Browns. A guy holds up a sign "they tell Pittsburgh jokes in Poland" in my book that can't be topped. |
| Jan. 29 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | Dave & Joe ... True story ... I'm walking out of the secured area this morning in PHX Sky Harbor airport, along the edge of the TSA Security checkpoint ... Guy is standing in line with a Pittsburgh jersey on ... I hear the TSA guy say "I don't think, the way you're dressed, you're going to get through here as quickly as you might have hoped." ... I kept walking, but I DO intend to look for the PIT guy when I check in for my flight at noon on Friday ... |
