SPA said they will not followed SSUSA lead and move up teams at will. There will used the rating system as they have always have and only move up teams that have won a National or world tournament or have a new team that did not play last year. They are hoping new teams send in their roster in so the process may start by checking names in their data base for their team rating.
I believe this is fair for all the teams We are sending ours in this week because we have 4 roster changes from last years team Hope everyone gets on the same page See all of you soon

Don a discussion point only. Let's take one of these new move up teams SSUSA rates and I believe LVSSA will honor. A west coast team gets moved to Major from AAA and has some early season success. As the season progresses they play SPA back as a AAA team and do very well in the AAA. My personal opinion only but I believe the majority of the move up teams will do just fine. Was this scenario discussed?

Ridge said they would keep tab on the teams that are moved up in the SSUSA but only when they are playing in SPA tourney, He also said that he, RB and Terry will share information on all teams as they are rated. Ridge said he want a true rating system and he and his directors are going to work overtime in make sure that they are rated in the right division. he was looking at newly form teams and teams that has alot of player movement. All of teams will start in SPA where they finished last year and he had 3 dates of team rating changes last one in Aug for AA and AAA, one of the other was in June before the National tournament. It was a 4 long days of discussions about everything in the rule book. Hope this is helpful
