Just an FYI for any interested parties. I was informed by Ridge Hooks at the Senior summit this past Weekend, that the lack of one xemption to the touching states rule in 2005 might have been an oversight on the part of the NSA rules committee, and might be revisited at his suggestion. He promised to follow up when he retuirned to Texas, so time will tell on this one as well
