So, is a one hoper a grounder...I'd say yes. Here is a line from the rule: "Short hops striking the pitcher are now encompassed by the PSR." |

All four of the championship games from that day, 13 months ago, were played at the Diamondplex Sports Complex in Winter Haven. |
