All around player looking to contribute to a team. Former college player, good wheels, and reliable. No ego, team player who doesn't whine.

Come out to Doc Romeo early on Saturday mornings usually 8 AM. There are always 15-25 seniors practicing and then some pickup games. Mix from 50's to 70's. I know the area very well and not sure where else to direct you. There is one 50 team and one 55 team. I do know that another 50 team is trying to form for the LVSSA April event. Doc Romeo is on the corner of Buffalo and Cheyenne. This Saturday might be light due to a number of the local teams playing in Mesquite this weekend. Are you looking for a travel team or local league. The only senior league I'm aware of in town is in Henderson they mainly use the Anthem fields off Eastern past St. Rose.

Thanks for the info...I can be available to play either local or tourney ball. I'll give Doc romeo a try this weekend.

When you show up ask for Dave Barnes and tell Dave that you are new and interested in the LVSSA. LVSSA reserves the fields and you have to be a member. It is 50 bucks a year best bargain in softball. The following weekend there should be more of the 50 year olds at the fields. Hope to see you out there

What do you get for $50 a year?

Dave guarenteed fields 3 times a week a number of club tournaments, a banquet at year end, balls to use screens. If you happen to be a local only tournament team travel money, it's a great bargain.
