Sacramento Office Outsource Status May 2009 – The Sacramento Softball outsourcing Project is on track to begin in June 2009. Below are some details on the new procedure to follow when requiring information or assistance from the main office. Your call will be routed to the new Bangalore, India call center where one of the newly trained personnel will be eager to help you. Please have you SS Card number ready to begin the call and be aware that after hours (India time) calls will be charged extra. All Sacramento contacts will no longer be available as of June 1 (Unless you can reach the old cell phone numbers on the “Senior Suckers” Yacht at a fishing village in the Caribbean).
