I had a girl friend say that to me,
once and I laughed at her.
But maybe she was on to something.
Which balls will show up in Reno?
Which balls will prevail?
Will they be hard enough
or too soft to help the players
get off.
Who's got good balls, anyway???
Tune it tomorrow.

If Kevin sends good balls
then Bravo for him and SSUSA
and one wrong has been righted.
But if he doesn't
get ready for a lot of frustration
and name calling then a smoke screen that will say it's hotter
in Reno this year and those balls
never perform well in the heat.
BS.
Then the facts and the stats will fly
about temperature and pressure indices
studied and found...
More smoke and balogna.
Our balls are being dumbed down
as we speak and have been
for a while now
and you either get it
and roll over and take it lying down
or you say,
no.
There's still time.
Hopefully, good balls will show up in Reno and everyone will have a blast.

One thing about what ever the balls supplied are, is that for any one game, both sides will be using it. For better or worse.
If it sucks, maybe you have a excellent place hitter who could hit it out where it would be a pain to retrieve, Reno has a park like that or two.
No fun with a soft ball I admit, but if the temp hits 95+ like it does most of the time count on some being flat. Add to it sitting in the sun all day isn't going to help either.
You will get what you get. If a match is lit on the bridge, it may well burn down.
I doubt it would be worth the risk.
