BIGDOGG-911,
Welcome back to the world of softball, you will get all kind of responses on the best bat.I would send you a ULTRA2, The YELLOW MM model, 510 WORTH LAUNCH.I use the red recoil, but only in our Sunday night ASA league. When we are playing in tournaments( I swing the 510), I go around and see what the guys on the other teams are swinging, ALL THE ABOVE IS WHAT I SEE.Hope this helps, good luck and take care of yourself, it's a long season.

Swing Mechanics has two good DVDs.

Maybe you need to go down to a 27 U2 Maxload or the yellow MM combat. Bat speed and mechanics will get those line drives over the fence.

Another good video is Blasting Bombs and Spraying Singles by Ken VanBogaert (Bogie).
The best tip I can give is take a lot of batting practice.

I need help also in the batting department. I can use the single wall zcore 30 ounce for about 250-275 feet. I have tried the ultra II and conbats, with the same distances. Any suggestions.
