| March 4 Connie Women's 55 118 posts | Looking for women 45+to play in Cleveland, Ohio KC HI - I think it is GREAT that you are trying to start up a team in Cleveland! My suggestion is to contact your local paper, i.e. Cleveland Plain Dealer or the Akron paper and advertise for players. Talk to the Sports Writer and see if they can do an article for you. Also, remember to leave an email address or phone number on this message board so that people are able to contact you! You can also submit a posting on the womensseniorsoftball.com message board. This year at our Senior Softball Women's Advisory Council meeting we established a "Masters" Division for the ladies in the 40 + age group. This Division will be invited to the Senior Softball Tournaments around the United States. The more teams that form in this division the bigger this division will become and the better the opportunities are for the transition into our Women's Senior Program! Our "Masters" Division Coordinator will provide any help she can -- you can reach her at cyndi1@cox.com. Once you get your team established please email me with the information on the team so that we can make sure your team is in our data base for tournament flyers, etc. Again, Good Luck in your endeavors!
