The Nov Vegas Winter championships 60's....
Putting out a "feeler" for the Nov Winter Worlds in Vegas. Interested in 60's AA\AAA. I would prefer to not be depended on for the rest of next year for the time being. I know about to release thing, but at least you know that up front. I played well for one team there a few years ago and that was one or two tourneys with them. I couldn't afford going to WA, HI and NM so that might have been a reason. It was not said.
Haven't played for the last 35 or so years, I just watched. Trying to figure out what a good ball and bat are, but I could learn as long as the learning curve isn't long or involved.
Thought I could lob that ball up in the air to let them hit while playing, I also play that first white\red thing you run or walk to and or maybe even that 3rd white one at the opposite corner. Been known to catch but really don't like it...
Been known to DH, or is that DAH, once in awhile or some place between #2 & 7... Don't like 3 for some reason...Oh ya, like possibly making the 3rd out when the 1st two, fail to get on, that's what it was. If wheel chairs are provided, count me in. A Hover-round might be faster though. I can run for myself, but I have had runners come in for me.
I usually go middle hitting, so you may want to consider that given the PPR thing. I never know. On a good day, if the wind is blowing OUT at about 10 mph or more, I can reach the grass at the lip of the infield. On a bad, calm day, I have been known to find the fence. Short 210's lol. Anything else you need to know like coaching and all, I have been there did that too.
My location is far from most teams I'd consider, so a room mate would be required...ride share share also would be even better. I'm easy to contact, I've been known to frequent this board, sometimes too much.
