I don't get it. Almost everyone agrees that the arc and enforcing the box in it's present dimensions would help keep most shots up the middle managable.
Now...I read that they want to make the box bigger. Why Why Why It's almost a moot point anyway because NO ONE enforces the box now.
Lets just get a tee and wear hockey equipment.
If you are going to take the ability of a pitcher to jam a batter or to throw it deep outside or short then just put up a screen and get a pitching machine and make it a hitters game only...oh and be sure to put the 10ft line in front of the plate so no one can bunt anymore.
