If I may, I would like to do a little spin-off of the "Favorite Quotes" and ask if there is anyone with a funny story or quote from their offspring.

For example: Years ago, my daughter, 5 years old, at kindergarten. Little boy, sweet on her. He walked up to her on the playground and stole a kiss. Surprised, she slapped him; he proceeded to slap her. She slapped him again; he slapped again. Finally, she slapped him and demanded that "he needs to keep his mind on his studies!" Told to us by her teacher.

Recently, I was carrying my 5 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson to kindergarten/daycare. Singing Old Macdonald. When finished, I asked Mena where milk came from. "Cows" she proclaimed and we all applauded. I then asked her where apple juice came from. She puzzled for a moment, then with great exuberance, she shouted, "Walmart"!

Our son had left for the airport to fly to Puerto Rico for his job, and my wife asked our 3 year old grand-daughter, Mary if he was going by airplane. Mary replied, "No, he went by cab!"
