Due to the serious storm conditions in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, six teams were unable to make it to the TOC. Players who arrived from the cancelling teams were merged into the rosters of otherwise eligible teams (as to ratings level, ratings history and residency requirements being met). We believe that all players arriving in Florida are playing in the tournament.

The withdrawals required comprehensive schedule changes for the affected divisions, as follows:

MEN'S 55-GOLD DIVISION - Auburndale Complex
High Street Bucs (MD) withdrew. A few players who arrived joined the Northern Virginia Force to allow them enough players to compete.
New Jersey Hitmen withdrew.
Sweet Construction 55's (NJ) withdrew. A few players who arrived joined the Syracuse Merchants (NY) to allow them enough players to compete.
• Round Robin and Bracket changes were made for these withdrawals, reducing the 55-Major to two teams and the 55-AAA to nine. Changes affected all other divisions playing at the facility.

MEN'S 50-AAA DIVISION - Diamondplex Complex
Action Auto Parts (RI) withdrew, reducing the division from 11 to 10 teams.
• Round Robin and Bracket changes were made for this withdrawal. Changes affected brackets for all other divisions playing at the facility.

MEN'S 60-PLATINUM - Diamondplex Complex
The New York Statesmen/EPA Financial were unable to arrive in Florida in time for their first two seeding games, but will be available for their third game on Friday. The Round Robin schedule was revised to avoid forfeits and allow their scheduled opponents to have a full complement of games scheduled.

MEN'S 65-AA DIVISION - Southwest Complex
Long Island Jaguars (NY) withdrew, reducing the division from eight to seven teams.
• Round Robin and Bracket changes were made for this withdrawal. Changes affected all other divisions playing at the facility.

MEN'S 70-PLATINUM DIVISION - Westside Complex
Hamels 70's (MD) withdrew, reducing the division from five to four teams.
• Round Robin and Bracket changes were made for this withdrawal. Changes affected all other divisions playing at the facility.

All of the revised schedules, and the Master Games Schedule, have been posted online and are available from the links on the event Tournament page.

We are aware, and deeply appreciative, of the tremendous effort, persistence-wise and financially, many teams impacted by the two winter storms made to get to Florida for the TOC. We wish them, and all teams, nothing but the best of luck this weekend.
