While there are two versions and no info on how they would line up in the standards ratings or allowed here in SSUSA, I was recently informed or notified that it will be allowed in Palm Springs next month, but what is not known is that for both models or what.
I'd think this would be of interest to many here, but doubt many still have one.
None would have 1.21 BPF or senior assn stamps that's for sure.
Looking for OFFICIAL word on this...These two bats Original Grey Ultra, Balanced and Maxload.
Or is this an independent, non sanctioned event, and you know nothing about it?

The original gray Miken Ultra (sometimes referred to as the 'Ultra I') is NOT an approved bat for SSUSA sanctioned or administered events. That bat is an "Illegal Bat" as discussed in SSUSA Rule Book ยง3.4 (at pages 18-22). The same is true of the Rip-It YELLOW senior bat. This has been the case for a number of years as it relates to the original gray Miken Ultra and will not change.
