Boils down to much hotter bats than actually stated are being used and they will get even hotter with the 1.21. Bottom line in this can only be the money factor or return on investment for the manufacturers and those assns that allow the hot bats which are approved for use which generate a cash gravy train for each bat that is made and allowed for use in any specific assn. Not a bad deal for them since no cost to them in reality that I see or know of.
