This one is going to the Ca legislature and will have a bearing on our game in the end run given the fact that composites are much better bats. Sure they may limit it to HS\colleges but the ins industry will look at it differently I'm sure.

Happened in March, article came out in May.
But I'm surprised many here who live in the bay area didn't read or mention this since it's in your back yard.
Another chip in a wheel of a gear that drive our game.

Another in UT, but no mention on type of bat used and the pitcher had been hit twice before in different areas before so I's say his reflexes were not all that great... but still a serious matter.
