Shelbyville Tournament
Dwain Laird puts on a senior tournament in the fall in Shelbyville, Indiana. This year it is October 1 and 2. It is an ASA park, and he uses SPA rules. It is also a play ahead tournament (play the year before you are eligible for an age bracket). We are planning on playing and would like to see him get enough teams to give us all a little practice before Phoenix. Dwain can be reached at 317-392-1853 for further details. Thanks.

I talked with Dwain, and he is still taking entries until next week. I think that there are three 55s and a couple of 50s. They will be using SPA bat rules; so none of us can use the quality of equipment that we will have in Phoenix, but we like the fact that we can play before we go. It is a nice little public two diamond
park where we play our leagues.

Wes, I told Dwain that I would post this for him. I do not think that he gets on here. I would call him at 317-392-1853 or George Lane at 317-835-7447. Our team is 55 and hoping that he gets enough teams for these youngsters since this has always been a 60 and 65 tournament. Good luck, and if I can do anything, please let me know.
