So I won't hijack the Des Moines thread, here is a picture of Ken at Spring Training, 2004:

I just joined up on this board and was very amused to read the posts. Its funny what perceptions people have of you but I thank Mike and einstein for the kind words. It was my first tourney and though I had some good games, I had some bad ones too. Dave Duchelow and Hugh Gnatzig on our team batted much higher than me around.800,..so I have a long ways to go.
But being in the video production business and producing 7 past hitting tapes for slowpitch and baseball (our site is www.sportstechnique.com) I must say I was amazed and impressed with my first look at senior nationals. I was in Detroit for a super major young guys several weeks ago and they are incredible but I did not think guys over 50 and up would sustain the level of play I saw on my team and on many of the others. I have seen Bruce in GA hit along with some of the southern guys and hope to someday be able to hold their jocks! Hygeine permitting. Really just a pleasure to have been there. Hope to include alot of senior footage in the dvd we are shooting with Mizuno that will be out this winter. I can see why guys raved about Don Clatterbaugh and his peers...they must have sold their souls to the devil to be looking and playing like that still. Ken (bogie) Northstar Productions

Welcome Ken, to the world of SENIOR SOFTBALL! It's good to hear from you again!
Will you be playing in anymore tournaments this year?
We, Miken/Old South/Lill, will be playing in the ASA 50+, ASA 45+, SSAA 45+, WSL/ASA 50+, and the SPA 45+ nationals. We will also play in the SSWC and SPA Winternationals.
I hope you can make some of these!
