SSUSA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE • 2011 Season Major Events
The SSUSA Tournament schedule for the 2011 season, except for one event, has been released and is temporarily available at the bottom of the 2010 Tournament Page while the 2011 website page is under construction. The Spring National Championships in Polk County, FL, is the only 'open' item at this time. This event normally runs during the last full week of April, but this year that Sunday is Easter Sunday. We should have a firm revised date very shortly. Highlights this season include:

• A new TOC qualifying event in the San Diego area in late February: The TOP GUN CHAMPIONSHIPS will be February 22-27, 2011
• The return of the SOUTHWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS, from April 12-17, this year in Laughlin, NV and Bullhead City, AZ
• The ROCK 'n RENO CHALLENGE CUP maintains its same calendar position, beginning on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (May 28th) and concluding the following Sunday (June 5th). This year, the Men's 50's and 55's will play Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday through Monday) in Reno and Sparks only. The Men's 40-Masters, Men's 60's and all Women's Divisions will play in the 3rd Session in Reno, Sparks and Carson City
• The SOUTHEAST CHAMPIONSHIPS move to the beautiful 9-field Citizen's Park Softball Complex in Aiken, SC from June 17-19
• The JIM SHERMAN MEMORIAL NORTHWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS move from Portland, OR to Lacey, WA from June 21-26
• The WESTERN NATIONALS move from Lacey, WA to the Sacramento area (Yolo County, CA) from July 12-17, 2010
• The CALIFORNIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS move from Yolo County to Fresno, CA from August 9-14

The remaining SSUSA administered events will run at their former locations in essentially the same time slots as last year. The local qualifier schedule is also under construction and those events will be posted online shortly as more information and dates become available.

Good luck to everyone for a successful 2011 Tournament Season!
