Not sure about other venues but looking at what parks are available I see that PHX World Championship Games in Oct, uses 7-8 parks over the years. Not sure about any rainouts.
Too bad the TOC couldn't be more centrally located where enough fields would or could be made available if planned right. Seems PHX has that and I believe Mesquite\St George have even more now that that.
St G starts getting cold after Oct like many places so that goes with the territory at the times of year.
Just something to foresee as a possibility and give the other side of the lower 48 an easier transport cost.
