March 30 SSUSA Staff 3505 posts | 2011 SSUSA Official Rulebook §13.4(4) • REFUND POLICY Team tournament entry fees are due in the SSWCI Office by the deadline date published online at www.seniorsoftball.com. Entry fees are deemed non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds will be given to teams withdrawing from an event BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds will be given after the deadline. In a case of extreme hardship, which will be determined solely by SSWCI, credit to another SSWCI tournament of not more than $100 MAY be given to the withdrawing team. Requests for the future event credit must be made in writing. The NEW Refund Policy above replaces this OLD policy: §13.3(4) • SSWCI REFUND POLICY A. Team Entry Fees will be refunded according to this schedule: 60 days or less before the Managers Meeting – no refund 90-61 days prior – half refund More than 90 days prior – full refund B. Requests for refunds must be made in writing C. There is no refund as a result of a forfeit or forfeits. |
