DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 (Men's 65's, 70's and 75's) of the 2011 Southwest Championships in Bullhead City, AZ, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ...

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ...

The Master Games & Fields Grid and Participating Teams List have also been posted ... Good luck to all!

SESSION #1 • 50-Major and 50-AAA

Nominal changes have been made to the Friday schedules at Rotary Park for the Men's 50-Major and 50-AAA seeding games ... The late addition of one more team in the 50-AAA (Desert Dawgs - CA) added one more game, pushing one 50-Major game to a later start ... The four 50-AAA teams originally scheduled to play at 9:00 AM remain unchanged in this 04/08/2011 version ... Revisions are posted online ... Good luck to all!'

WOMEN'S 50'S & 55'S • Significant Revisions

Due to the withdrawal of a Women's 50+ Team (Sassy Sisters) on Friday morning, changes have been made to the Women's weekend schedules for the 50+ and 55+ divisions at Centennial Park in Kingman. There has also been a format change for the Women's 50+ division.

WOMEN'S 50+ - Division is now a 5-team division. Format changed to a Full (4-game) Round Robin followed by Third Place and Championship Games for the top four teams after the Round Robin. Third and Fourth seeds will play in the Third Place Game and the top two seeds will play in the Championship Game. There is a provisional "If" game ONLY if the #1 seed is unbeaten for the entire weekend before losing the Championship game. Round Robin games for Saturday have been revised, but NO team plays earlier than had been originally scheduled.

WOMEN'S 55+ - Division has some minor changes in the Sunday portion of the full (4-game) Round Robin. Friday games and the Playoff games remain unchanged.

Due to the late timing on this team withdrawal, please check with the Field Directors when you arrive on-site at Centennial Park. They will have revised schedules for distribution to the affected teams. All revisions are now online, and the Master Games & Fields Grid has been updated accordingly. Good luck to all!
