It is with a heavy heart and deepest regrets that I report JW Austin of the Geogria/Alabama Masters has gone on to play the great game in the sky. He went early Sunday morning and will be missed by many espically family, friends and team-mates. Better know as JW or Spanky or The Dub he was #3 but will always be #1 to us.
Please pray for his family as this was unexpected following what was thought to be minor surgery.

I played two or three seasons with JW. He always had a smile on his face and a great attitude.
It won't be the same without him.

Bruce,
I would be willing to bet that's how he got the handle SPANKY, always a smile and a friendly hello. Even a bigger smile when he hit one of those bombs about 375' and only had to hit & sit.
Rest in peace my brother!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure going to miss JW. Great guy, enjoyed playing the game and he loved everyone. One never knows when it's your time. Just takes one mistake.
