Minor fixes applied to the 50/55-Major+ Sunday schedule. I missed the 'conflicts check' and had a couple teams playing twice at the same times. Version dated 5/04/11 is accurate.

Same issue fixed in the Saturday afternoon games of the 50/55-Gold division regarding the Brickyard Legends. Thanks!

Although there is a Midwest Softball Complex hotline, please note that ALL "Play or No-Play" decisions based on weather or field conditions are made AT THE FIELD OF PLAY AT GAME TIME ... Teams must be present on-site and ready to play at their scheduled times, at the risk of potential forfeit ... Good luck to everyone!

SIGNIFICANT REVISIONS • TEAM WITHDRAWAL

Due to the late withdrawal of the Kalvin Kowboys 50-Major+ team, significant revisions have been made. The 50/55-Major+ is now a five team division. They will play a full 4-game Round Robin to seed a Modified Single Elimination bracket on Sunday. The "If" game will be played ONLY if the #1 seed loses Game #4 in the bracket as its first loss of the ENTIRE weekend. Other games later Saturday and on Sunday in other divisions were moved to accommodate this format change, but NO teams play earlier than had been originally scheduled for Saturday. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE DIRECTOR AND ON THE BRACKET BOARDS for updated information. Thank you and good luck!

BRICKYARD UPDATE • Weather issues forced cancellation of the Saturday night games at 7:30 and 9:00 PM. Thunder storms and heavy rains made playing conditions unsafe and the fields unplayable. The Sunday schedule remains essentially unchanged.

50-MAJOR - There is one 50/55-Major+ game that will not be played at 9:00 AM, and one other that will be played on an "Exhibition" basis prior to commencement of the Modified Single Elimination Bracket.
50/55-MAJOR+ - The 50-Major Division final standings will be determined based on the results of four Round Robin games. Those games will be the first two games for each team on Saturday and the last two games played, both on Sunday. One game played on Saturday will be excluded: the 4:30 PM game between Prime Time (25) and Springfield Wingstop (23).

Games scores for Saturday games played have been posted. Thank you for your cooperation tonight while this was sorted out, and good luck tomorrow under (hopefully) Sunny skies!
