DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 (Men's 65's, 70's and 75's) of the 2011 Atlantic Coast Championships in Loudoun County, VA, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ...

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ...

The Master Games & Fields Grid and Participating Teams List have also been posted ... Good luck to all!

MAJOR REVISIONS • BOLEN PARK

Due to the Friday withdrawal of a 50-Major team (Metro Stars-VA) and the late realization by a 50-AAA team (First National Bank of Wyoming) that this is a three-day tournament, significant revisions were required to the entire 50's Division, as follows -

50-MAJOR - Changed Round Robin Games on Friday (nobody plays earlier than originally scheduled) and revisions to Saturday morning Round Robin ... Bracket changes on Saturday afternoon to reflect reduction from 8-team to 7-team bracket.
50-AAA - Changed Round Robin games on Friday to reflect double forfeits by FNB-Wyoming ... FNB will be seeded last in the bracket ... Bracket times changed to accommodate changes required in 50-Major bracket.
55-AAA - Bracket changes on Saturday to accommodate 50-Major bracket restructure.

Revised schedule and brackets will be distributed Thursday evening at the Manager's Meeting and are also available from the links on the event Tournament page.

Although these changes were completely outside of our control, we apologize for any inconveniences ... Good luck to all!
