May 26 Big Al 515 1 posts | Equalizers When a 55AA plays a 60 major what is the right equalizer? We played in a tournament this last weekend and we were told That the 55's would get 5 runs and that the home runs allowed would be 3, because the 60's team normally gets 5 and they were playing down as a 55 AAA. We also played a 50AA team and were told we would get 5 runs and allowed 3 home runs on Sun. On Sat. we were allowed 1 home run and 5 runs to a different 50AA team. Who is right? |

"Single" equalizer is the recipient's choice of the 5 runs or the 11th defender. "Double" equalizer is BOTH the 5 runs AND the 11th Defender. Hope this helps! |
