DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 (Men's 65's and 70's) of the 2011 Jim Sherman Memorial Northwest Championships in Lacey, WA, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ...

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ...

FORMAT NOTE • In order to make it a bit more interesting, Session #1 will use a TRIPLE ELIMINATION Bracket instead of either a Double Elimination Three-Game-Guarantee Bracket ... This means that the Tourney Bracket will continue until there is only one team remaining with two or fewer losses in the bracket ... Enjoy

The Master Games & Fields Grid and Participating Teams List have also been posted ... Good luck to all!

MAJOR REVISION 50/55-AAA & AA • Due to a rating change in the Men's 50's, significant revisions have been made to the 50/55-AAA and 55-AA Divisions ... The AAA's are now a six-team Division and the AA's are a five-team Division ... Most (but not all) teams have their initial start times the same. One team starts EARLIER than as originally posted ... Someone from the SSUSA offices will be contacting each team on Wednesday to confirm the changes ... The revisions are online now ... Good luck!
