The Brickyard @ Indy
Just noticed that the Brickyard tourney in May has the 5th and 6th (S-S)as the dates in the guide book as in the past. However, just talked to SSUSA and the 65s and up play on the 4th and 5th (F-S)as posted in the tourney list.

Corky, you can always call me; it is a local number. SSUSA began running the tournament last year. Because Timmy (Midwest) runs all of his events so close, and SSUSA is giving us the time by the rules (as it should be), the only way to make sure that we did not run into a conflict with the park over end times was to move the older groups up a day to start on Friday.

Nancy.......just thought I would throw a bone out here on the board to see if you were still keeping your ear to the ground. I see we have a new UIC for Indiana.........went to his clinic last Sunday........the usual suspects were there (Where were you). Sorry to hear about Rick Ward....he was another good ump.
Maybe Timmy will dedicate a diamond at Midwest in his memory like they did for Henry.

Thanks for the reply Nancy. My guys (65s)can now move their motel reservations up a day and cancel Saturday night.
