I have a 2003-2004 Official Senior Softball-USA Rulebook. Do I need to obtain a 2006 Rule Book? Have there been any rule changes since 2003 that would warrant my obtaining a 2006 Rulebook?

Couple of admin changes. Isn't worth getting the 2005-2006 book as all playing rules are the same.
