| May 9 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 the 2012 SSUSA Atlantic Coast Championships in Loudoun County, VA, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ... The Master Games & Fields Grid and Participating Teams List have also been posted ... Good luck to all! | May 15 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | TUESDAY RAINOUT & RESCHEDULE • Due to heavey overnight rains, Loudoun County Parks officials have cancelled all tournament (SSUSA) and local league play at all county facilities on Tuesday, May 15th. Accordingly, we have rescheduled Session #1 of the tournament in its entirety. FORMATS HAVE CHANGED, as follows: • MEN'S 65+ DIVISION • The seven-team division will play a full (6-game) Round Robin AT PHILLIP A. BOLEN MEMORIAL PARK, best record wins championship. • MEN'S 70+ GOLD DIVISION • The seven-team division will play a full (6-game) Round Robin AT POTOMACK LAKES SPORTSPLEX, best record wins championship. • MEN'S 70/75+ DIVISION • The five-team division plays essentially the same format AT POTOMACK LAKES SPORTSPLEX as previously posted, but seeding and bracket game times have changed. The MEN'S 75-AAA three-team bracket has also been changed from Double ELimination to Modified Single Elimination format to minimize the potential for excessive games being played on Thursday.
