Here are three easy ones I do every day. Don't need weights,or expensive equipment. Make this educational I know a lot of players with balky backs. Google these, you will get you tube instructions. These three will help your softball or golf swing also. Russian twist for rotation Supemans for your back muscles Side plank for core stability Tired of hearing about bats, balls and how sad the senior game is. |
