| Aug. 7 mikensoftball 49 posts | (UltraII USA model SPU2P)I have heard mixed reviews on this bat. And I own one. With that said this bat has more than 300 hits on it. And still does not have the pop or distance of the Black UltraII. I have called Miken and they told me to send it in with the RA# and they would check the bat out. They might replace it? Anyone else seen this? Thanks for any info. |

| Aug. 8 mikensoftball 49 posts | Or you can get and RA# from Miken Sports web site. Under Warranty tab. They will send you and e-mail. But they said you have to have the receipt and a letter with the problem stated on it. Hope this helps. |
| Aug. 19 mikensoftball 49 posts | Miken's No help with bat problem. Sent it in and it tested with in specs. So they are sending it back. Why is Miken compression testing senior bats? And then having a factory hitter hit the bat. They also said it didn't fall into the ones that had problems. Just lost $20.00 for shipping and insurance. To hear that. Why would they not have you inspect the serial number first? I guess did receive a $20.00 dollar compression test. |
| Aug. 19 AMMOdawg 8 posts | Does any one know if your bat passes the "compression" test and they send it back, will MIKEN give you any documentation stating the bat falls into their spec? We all know the bat is under performing or we would not have sent it back. With documentation we might be able to trade or sell the bat....I'm not using the bat I sent back regardless if it "passes" or not. |

| Aug. 22 AMMOdawg 8 posts | My review is stay away from Miken, they are going down hill on quality and not honoring their defective bats by replacing them. Just read the treads, I'm not the only one with a MIKEN DUD/DOOR STOP. There are other companys with as good or better bats (COMbat, Reebok for example). |
| Aug. 22 Dbax Men's 65 2101 posts | If you do read the other threads, you will also see that Miken replaced my dead red end load in two weeks. I would say the bats they did not replace, had nothing wrong with them. Don't tell me the Reebok is a better bat. After 3hits on my brand new one, the graphics peeled right off. |
| Aug. 22 Allan55 102 posts | I purchased a Miken Ultra 2, and it broke after approximately 50-60 cuts. This bat was good after 10-15 cuts. I called Miken and they gave me a R.A. number. I sent the bat in and they replaced it with a "W" (I believe) stamped on the end cap. The replacement bat had to be from the bad batch of Miken bats everyone has been talking about, because it took me between 90-100 cuts to break it in. Finally, with the bat broken in, I started using it in tournaments and was able to get 35-45 cuts before it cracked. What do you do if the replacement bat was bad? I would like opinions on what I should do? |
| Aug. 24 AMMOdawg 8 posts | We have all been playing this game a long time. All senior bats are subjective in quality (red is better than blue etc.) What I do know is a dead bat when I use one TEST or NO TEST, MIKEN didn't take care of me......so my money goes elsewhere. |
| Aug. 24 Q19 Men's 65 81 posts | Bought one (27 oz.) late last year and just got a little crack last week at the NCSSA States in Manteca. Didn't take very long to break in and was only used during tournament play. Putting it away for now and will probably DEMOLISH it in Vegas. Now, got to go to the bag and decide what to use for now: REEBOK Melee Balanced or Endloaded, COMBAT Black or White Centenarian, Senior Gear, or Red Short Barrel Endload, and a 2011 WORTH XXX. Game on! |
| Aug. 26 steve65 Men's 65 177 posts | A little update on these bats----Mine is still hot wiht no apparent problems BUT a teammate broke on in two about 12 inches up the handle at Lansing this past weekend----now I wonder how much longer mine will last--- |
