I live in Winston Salem and still have the love for the game. My knees are bad so i can't run like I use to but I can still get where I need to be. The positions I play are 1st base, outfield but I really want to pitch. I am will to travel if we arent talking someplace like Vegas unless you are paying(LOL!!!). Hope to hear from someone soon. I really dont want to stop playing because i have gotten older.

Don't worry about not being able to run so well. In senior softball Usain Bolt could get a "courtesy" runner if he didn't feel like running the bases. No need to show cause, you just have to not feel like running that day.

I want to run but my problem is with a knee replacement that didnt take, it make things painful.

Then you certainly would qualify under legitimate reasons for a courtesy runner.

One thing though, when will you turn 50? You aren't eligible to play senior softball until I believe November of the calendar year before you turn 50.

I have two more years before 5o and over. I was hoping to find a 40 or 45 and over before then.

By the way, I liked you in Gnarls Barkley.
