Oct. 2, 2012 Uncle Mike Men's 50 39 posts	Double Knee Replacement Surgery Has anyone experienced a knee replacement surgery recently ? Or both ? I wanted to know what I can expect for recovery time ? Physical therapy ? Is there anything I can do before- certain exercises or stretches, what I should be eating more of in mydiet, etc.... I know the more pounds I lose the better, I am about 30- 40lbs over- 5'11" 230lbs. I would appreciate any and all feedback, I am 54 yrs young and I love softball, I love my teammates, and this is my 5th season in SSUSA and I have met literally 100's and 100's of great people- and only 3 idiots !!! I gotta get back on the field !!
