In this episode, we use a 5 foot pvc pipe for two drills that really help learn the swing by feel...We work on a strong stide, strong drive and strong pushsnap..we follow the progress of 4 hitters as they learn to stride stronger and drive hips open. Pro siwngs featured including Bret Helmer and seniors from around the nation.

|bogie-enjoyed your "swing makeover series #2. Many of the tips you gave were also in your 2006 northstar DVD ,which is still the best DVD I've seen.(Blasting bombs and spraying singles) I greatly improved my hitting by using a tee, and also by getting the weight more on the back leg and driving off it. Another great series in the makeover series!!!
Really like the idea of swinging the PVC pipe and it makes senses to do so.
