Az Rogue is looking to play in the Copperstate Classic in Tucson the end of January. Are there any other 55 major or major+ teams planning on going? This is a new TOC qualifier and is a three day tournament.

No, we got beat by the Bulldogs who then played Smith Electric for the championship. I don't know who won.

CJS Express hopes to play 55 AAA in Tucson but that may depend on how Coach Barry is doing with his recovery. If we do not play several of us who are turning 60 soon might be looking to play that weekend in another division.

If your still checking on 55major teams playing in Tucson, I heard the other day that 55 Just for Fun was playing in Tucson and I would guess after winning so many Winter Spring etc world tournaments they are playing 55 Major this year. Not for sure if they have been moved up but I would sure think they would have been. Great bunch of guys who have really done well in past year or so.

AZ Rogue gave up on the idea of playing in this tournament. It didn't make sense to pay that kind of money for a three day tournament and no teams to play. We would have played if it had been a two day tournament, so SSUSA lost at least one team because of the three day format.
