Northwest Championship/Portland
Over the years, I\'ve heard some teams complain when they think they have to play a particular opponnent once too often, either in league or tournament play. Nothing could be further from the truth when Shawn Montee Timber Company and Second Wind square off against one another. Whether it\'s in Reno for Western Nationals, or Portland for the Northwest Championship, it\'s looking more and more like a classic, Ali/Frasier fight. Maybe by the end of the season, if that day ever comes, we\'ll finally figure out which one\'s which. From our perspective at Shawn Montee, Second Wind is a \"class act\", and we\'ve thoroughly enjoyed every inning we\'ve played them. Also, we\'d like to thank the entire SSUSA staff, both in Sacramento and in the Pacific Nortwwest, for putting on a fantastic tournament in Portland.

Nice post...

Our team plans on going to this tournament next year. How many teams were there in the 50s ?
