SACRAMENTO - Senior Softball-USA (SSUSA) is proud to welcome Lloyd “Butch” Jones, 63, of Olympia, Wash., as the new Washington State Director.

“I am privileged and honored to serve the State of Washington as SSUSA Washington State Director,” said Jones.

“I have played softball for 40 years - the last 15 with Senior Softball in Olympia. I have been an umpire for 38 years - 10 years with Senior Softball, and referee local high school football, basketball and baseball. I have also enjoyed the Senior Softball European tours for the past three years, spending my 40th anniversary in Paris. I am looking forward to many more trips in the future.”

Jones recently participated in the 2019 season with Northwest Silver 60s, playing in the Northwest Cup, Jim Sherman Memorial/Northwest Championships, Western National Championships, and the LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships. He previously played with Gray, Bald & Ugly 55s (now Spin Tees).
