Thank you to the entire Rules Committee membership and, more important, to everyone who contributed by either personal appearance, written correspondence, or both.

SPECIAL NOTE: Chair Donna McGuire (MO) was unanimously re-elected to serve for a record eighth term in that position for the 2022 sessions. This was an inescapable recognition of her outstanding leadership, organization and temperament. Well done, Donna!
