Do you think the formula for the bat will be the same as before? Hope they didn't change anything. Have seen on this board where performance changed from one batch to another on different brands. I fell in love with his new Ambush bat, but since they are on back order he sent me a Miken two piece and it is doing a good job for me. Still like the Ambush better personal, guess everybody's swing is deferent. Hope this post gets me a discount of some kind. LOL
June 2, 2013 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: 2 piece Ultra broke after 6 games..... extremely disappointed Boy-O-Boy! Been using the Ambush with good success. Just purchased a two piece Miken as the Ambush is on back order. Hope I have better luck with my two piece then you did my dear. I really fell like they will help you though.
May 13, 2013 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: What does a rattle mean My 26oz. end loaded Ambush has also developed same rattle. When I grip the bat in a swinging grip and wiggle it rattles at the end. Alan informed me that maybe some of the epoxy has come lose. No indication it is about to break. Said probable because of my power and or G-forces(Yeh Right). He also told me what type glue to use if I could get end cap off. When my backup bat arrives think I will just send it back a let a professional do it. Meantime, use it. Hemi Racer

April 8, 2013 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: Monsta Z-Bra AHHH!, Mr. Gasket (Joe Hrudka) started selling header gaskets out of the trunk of his car. You guys are getting way back now. And yes Tommy (Mouseketer) Ivo did he have some wild rides or not? I think every boy in my era had a crush on Annette. Seems all the people and things I grew up with are disappearing.
April 8, 2013 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: Monsta Z-Bra Curveball, that class has gotten so competitive AND expensive which is way I had to go home. Those California boys are tough, it's hard to stay with big money. Course Jimmy has so many other cars he runs he won't miss one. Looking forward to seeing some old friends at the Southern Nationals(Atlanta) next month. If these bats keep going up and belonging to the bat of the month club I may have to go home from softball also. Take Care

I ran out of the Ray Barton shop, but always had a good relationship with Charley. He even shared his trans. guy with me. DeFrank was always tuff when eliminations started. March 11, 2013 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: SSUSA BANNED BATS Fairly new to senior softball and I see where the Miken Ultra/Ultra 1(orignal Gray Bat)and titanium bats are banned from play. But I also see where they have banned fast pitch bats from play. Is there a performance advantage in using a fast pitch bat?

There is so much conflicting info out there. And we eat a promise of 10 more feet up. Guess I'm just as gullible as anybody.

He is no longer able to play and I'm sure would sell them at a reasonable price. 29oz. not even broke in yet. Just an option if you don't find one.

Losing a parent or other family member is terrible, BUT nothing like losing a child. Would love to encourage you and tell you it gets better with time, BUT it does not. Lost my daughter all most thirteen years ago. It is the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing at night. Thanks guys for letting B-DUB and I get a little off the subject here.

July 3, 2012 hemi racer	Topic: Bats Discussion: what's the best senior bat, gave up on the gsc promises. I agree with Alan(Tri18), our travel team has tried several bats and the reebok seems(at this time)to give best peformance and value for the money. On the question CAPT D5 had on the heavier bat being more durable, would the heavier bats not have a thicker wall to weigh more? Making them more durable.
