Was that upon the initial claim or what...You lascked info here and it semms to me, sidestepping all info to go fourth. I might be wrong but I'be been there before with 3-4 companies. All resolved but the first one, that one said they never recieved bat. Only time I ever sent one w\o a tracking code. Not a good idea.
Good luck for what ever you do going forward on this and there different some what in some states but they have laws on it.

Manufacturing Defects – When a product is defective as a result of how it was manufactured, a plaintiff may have a manufacturing defects claim;
Design Defects – Liability may arise under this theory if a product is harmful or dangerous as a result of a mistake in how it was designed. This ground may be raised when the product is used as intended or when it is used in a reasonably foreseeable manner;

Different in some states but all basically the same rgarding the above.

I do not blame the reps for not replying to this because you leave out pertanent info. I doube any would jump in and say I'll take of it. I wouldn't.

Reads like it is a two piece bat.
You might want to post your contact info or at least email addy on here If you have receipt and it was a fairly recent buy.
There are at least two Worth reps on the board, perhaps they might be able to help you out.
Receipt is main issue as well as time used I'd think. But it isn't right if it is a defective bat as I read the post.

Discussion: home plate strike zone mat

No one should get hure because runner needs to stay away from the box area or mat and either cross the line or touch the second home plate which are only a few fields using them.
When I first started playing sr ball I played at the Twin Creeks complex in San Jose, Ca. Hit a HR and ran across the mat....One long OUT. Never did that again.....
Occasionally I have seen new sr players do that and laugh, cause I'd been there.

The Mat is part of the home plate, you can touch either to make the play.

I've seen mats move but nothing to where it's off very much to make a difference.

A can of worms, read 13.1(2) pg 61 Maybe you'll see it different.

You'd meet the 3 month requirementthat way, but you may run into a problem with the 'boundary' issue. There is nothing mentioned I see from out of country. But these days many are moving to that country. I know a few. PR is another.

IMO, hemi's 1st and last mentioned are the best. Might be hard to find the 1st run of the Ambush though. Not sure about the another one. The Ambush is a Combat bat, Green lettering over Grey. or at least the one I refer to.

Discussion: RENO WEATHER

Not too early as you say, but rather timely, giving teams time to plan. The fact that many procrastinate and do last minute plans. Sure things change, fields change but over all ther are pretty consistant for being correct as posted. It's the teams that pull out for a variety of reasons that cause most of the headaches.
There are many ways to check future 'rain' forecast for almost every place out there.
Rainouts are a possibility everywhere, and they happen. That sucks, cose wise and for time lost. Ovder the years I've had two total rainouts and a couple one days.
Depending on which way the air currents flow and even then you can self predict fairly well in advance what it will be like by looking at the forecast and watch the flow at about 10 days out of so.

Webbie, bring waders, you'll need them.....lmao Good luch there in Carson. Just hope the lower fields aren't being used or unless they repaired them.

Discussion: Can-Sirs event in Elk Grove, at Laguna Community Park

This weekend at the Can-Sirs event, someone left a HOODIE on the West field in back of the 1st base dugout.
Would like to find owner. Contact me, describe it & pocket content & will try to get it to you somehow.

Your not the only one misplacing stuff. One guy lost his chair twice.

Thank you all for participating.

Discussion: Ball B.S. In lee county

'Rock' has about 4 different balls, not all the same inside, but for cor\come 'listed' may reflect same. Outside coverings may not be same either. Overall good balls depending weather and equipment used with them.
No one ball will satisfy everyone, just like bata and bags let alone the rules.

3.6 is same but added dimensions to glove\mitt.

IMO any one should be able to be used anywhere except for a oversised catchers glove. as in baseball.

Look at 3.6 or at least it is in the 2010 book. I did not look here on line but should be about same rule.

Discussion: Looking for team going to RockN Reno

Most of those guys are still playing somewhere but not sure with whom. If you can get a look at current rosters (65) check for names you know. Some may be playing 60's but averages are better for 65. Too many keep switching off like I did back then when I played with you but had my own team as well. Good days long gone, but remembered.
