| Sept. 29, 2004 Train | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Not Playing Seeding Rounds To Mike K. I was not trying to single out your team and it's situation. It's the teams that plan on not playing in the seeding rounds from the get go that's not right. |
| Sept. 29, 2004 Train | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Not Playing Seeding Rounds I don't think that there should be 4 day tournaments in the 50 & 55 brackets since everyone is still working. But if you enter a 4 day tourn.it is only fair for everbody to follow the same rules . If you start bending the rules here and there you are opening a can of worms |

| Aug. 23, 2004 Train | Topic: Bats Discussion: anyone vised an edge? JW, It is putting the bat in a vise an squeezing it down anywhere from 2 to 1.5 inches or less.Doing this to a composite bat is supposed to make it hotter and the sweet spot bigger. Although I did my Edge to 1.5 inches and did not notice any change in the way it hit.Maybe it doesn't work on every bat. |
