Discussion: How to get started

I have put together two Arizona Senior Olympic teams, last year and this year. I am a rookie at Senior Softball, but play in 5 leagues in Tempe and Mesa. My teammates and I are interested in playing in some local tournaments. I have googled everything in sight, but can't find what I am looking for: some tournaments in this area to play in, so we can improve by playing more together, etc. Even if I can find a tournament, I don't know what classification we would be in. If every new team starts out at AAA, we are doomed already. We play 50 - 55, or could go 55 - 60 if necessary. We don't want to travel all over, and are looking for something around Phoenix, or Arizona. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.
